Shopping Guide

How to Shop

Shopping at The Ford Collection is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, add your desired quantity and then click on the "add to cart" button.

To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.

You will see the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.

Product Search

If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name or item number. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the caps available.

Inventory Availability

If an item does not have available quantities in stock, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product. Please see below for descriptions for each.

  • Pre-order:  This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
  • Back Order:  The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call (888) 380-6901 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST.) to speak with a customer service representative.
  • Discontinued:  The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

Dealer Apparel Program

To add your custom dealer logo, there will be a one-time logo set-up fee of $40 on your first order. If you have any questions regarding the Dealer Apparel program please email fordpromo@bdainc.com

Purchases can be made via VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Ford dealers may also use a Parts & Accessories code and reference a PO#.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping and Handling Rate Chart

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total value of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $6.95 applies to each shipment. Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. In order to ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific.

Same Day Shipping Options

If you would prefer an expedited shipping service you can do so online. To guarantee same day shipping select same day processing upon checkout. A $20.00 rush fee will apply. Orders must be placed before 1 pm pacific standard time.

Upon Checkout

  • Upon Checkout you will have the option to ship via Ground, 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day.
  • If you have any questions about expedited shipping and processing, please call customer service at (888) 380-6901.
  • We can ship to a business or residential address, however we are not able to ship to a PO Box.

Transit Times

  • Estimated transit times are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can pick the items for shipment. Typically it takes 2 business days from the time of the order being placed until it is shipped. If you require something to be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt (Monday - Friday) you will need to select RUSH services.
  • Once the order is received it will take 2 business days to pick the order. The "standard ground" transit time is 2-6 business days so the total time from placing the order until delivery is an estimated 4-8 business days.
