The Ford Collection will ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days after we receive your order. All in-stock orders are shipped FOB Madison Heights, Michigan. All orders must include complete shipping information.

Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via UPS Ground service and the charges will be added to your invoice. If you request overnight or airfreight, The Ford Collection will bill you at the carrier's published rates. Expedited and same day shipment requests must be received before 1:00 PM (EST). Airfreight services will be invoiced to you separately.

If your package is shipped via UPS or Federal Express and you provide us with your email address, you will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification (ASN) from The Ford Collection when you order in-stock merchandise. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping. This notification contains a description of your order and a link for you to be able to track your shipment.

Drop Ships: Orders shipping directly from the manufacturer will use the most cost-effective method, unless otherwise specified. These shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery on these items. It will be noted in the product description when an item is a drop ship. Returns on drop-ship items are subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee.

We cannot ship to P.O. or APO boxes.

Orders requiring next-day or two-day air delivery can take advantage carrier discounts by providing us with your Federal Express or UPS account number. If this information is not provided, we will ship on The Ford Collection account and add the freight charges to your invoice.
